ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is available to eligible users in countries or regions where the Little Freedom Premium subscription and the applicable Apple Offer Code are available.
Participants must be aged 18 years or over, or otherwise have reached the age of majority required in their country or region.
The offer is available to users Apple identifies as:
- New subscribers, or
- Expired subscribers.
Users with an active Little Freedom Premium subscription are not eligible for this offer.
Apple determines final eligibility at the time the Offer Code is redeemed. Little Freedom cannot override an eligibility decision made by Apple.
Participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Little Freedom Privacy Policy and Apple’s applicable App Store and subscription terms.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion opens on 14/09/2026 and closes on 14/09/2027, unless ended earlier because all available Offer Codes have been allocated.
Claims received after the promotion closes will not be eligible.
Apple Offer Codes may also have their own redemption expiry date. A code must be redeemed before its applicable Apple expiry date.
Little Freedom may close the promotion earlier if all available codes have been claimed.
HOW TO CLAIM
To claim the offer, participants must:
- Complete the promotional form on the Little Freedom website.
- Provide a valid first name and email address.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Acknowledge the Little Freedom Privacy Policy.
- Agree to join the Little Freedom Crew and receive marketing emails from Little Freedom.
Only one successful claim per email address is permitted for this campaign.
Submitting the same email address more than once will not provide an additional Offer Code.
A successful claim is subject to Offer Code availability.
LITTLE FREEDOM CREW
Joining the Little Freedom Crew is a condition of receiving this promotional offer.
By claiming the offer, participants agree to receive occasional emails from Little Freedom about adventures, photography, the Little Freedom App, offers, campaigns and related Little Freedom news.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in Little Freedom emails.
Unsubscribing after successfully claiming the promotion does not cancel an Apple subscription or invalidate an Offer Code that has already been redeemed.
THE OFFER
Each eligible successful claimant will receive one unique Apple one-time-use Offer Code providing:
- The first 3 months of Little Freedom Premium free.
The Offer Code applies to the Little Freedom Premium Annual subscription.
Each Offer Code can be redeemed once only.
Offer Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or another Little Freedom product.
Offer Codes remain subject to Apple’s eligibility, availability and redemption requirements.
SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
The promotional period provides the first 3 months of Little Freedom Premium free.
Unless the subscriber cancels before the end of the free promotional period, the subscription will automatically renew as a Little Freedom Premium Annual subscription at the annual subscription price displayed by Apple at the time of renewal.
Subscription pricing may vary by country, region, currency, taxes or future App Store pricing changes.
No payment is charged by Little Freedom for the initial 3 month promotional period.
Any subsequent subscription payment is processed by Apple through the subscriber’s Apple Account.
Subscribers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before renewal if they do not wish to continue with the paid annual membership.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the subscriber’s Apple Account or App Store subscription settings.
APPLE OFFER CODE REDEMPTION
After a successful claim, Little Freedom will provide the participant with an Apple Offer Code and Apple redemption link.
The Offer Code must be redeemed through Apple’s supported redemption process.
Receiving a code from Little Freedom does not guarantee that Apple will accept the redemption.
Apple controls and determines:
- Eligibility
- Offer Code redemption
- Subscription activation
- App Store billing
- Subscription renewal
- Cancellation
- Refund eligibility
Little Freedom cannot override Apple’s subscription or redemption systems.
CODE AVAILABILITY
Offer Codes are available in limited quantities.
Codes are allocated on a first successfully completed claim basis while inventory remains available.
Little Freedom does not guarantee that codes will remain available for the entire advertised promotion period.

PRIVACY AND MARKETING CONSENT
Little Freedom collects information submitted through this campaign for the purposes of:
- Administering the promotion
- Confirming eligibility and claims
- Assigning and delivering Apple Offer Codes
- Sending transactional campaign communications
- Managing Little Freedom Crew subscriptions
- Preventing duplicate claims
- Measuring campaign performance
Little Freedom may retain records of the participant’s consent, campaign claim and allocated Offer Code as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and comply with applicable obligations.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Little Freedom Privacy Policy.
Little Freedom does not send participants’ names, email addresses or Apple Offer Codes to Google Analytics.
EMAIL DELIVERY
Little Freedom will attempt to send successful claimants an email containing their Apple Offer Code and redemption information.
Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam or junk folders.
Failure to receive an email does not create eligibility for an additional Offer Code.
Where available, participants who have already successfully claimed the offer may request that their original redemption email be resent.
CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION AND VARIATION
Little Freedom reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or end the promotion where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its control, including technical problems, Apple platform changes, Offer Code availability, fraud, abuse, legal requirements or service interruptions.
Little Freedom may reject or cancel a claim where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, automated abuse, manipulation or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Little Freedom will not intentionally alter an already valid Apple subscription entitlement created through a successful Apple redemption.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Freedom is not responsible for loss, delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- Apple App Store outages
- Offer Code redemption failures
- Apple eligibility decisions
- Incorrect participant email addresses
- Email delivery failures
- Network or internet interruptions
- Device incompatibility
- App Store account issues
Little Freedom does not control Apple’s subscription infrastructure, payment processing or account management systems.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or laws that apply in the participant’s country or region.
Where required by law, participants may also have rights under the laws of their usual place of residence.
